Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Engine is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to enhance the customer journey within its travel booking platform. This role is integral to transforming new users into loyal, repeat bookers by developing and executing lifecycle programs that drive adoption, engagement, retention, and advocacy. The position is remote within the United States.

In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive lifecycle programs, including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and advocacy, tailored to Engine's diverse user segments. You will create data-driven customer journeys that guide users from initial signup to becoming power users, balancing product education with user value. Collaboration with Product Managers and Product Leads is essential to align lifecycle programs with product priorities and feature releases. Additionally, you will independently build and launch lifecycle campaigns using platforms like and analyze data using tools such as Looker and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will have experience in lifecycle marketing, with a strong ability to design and execute data-driven customer journeys. Proficiency in tools like Looker, and Snowflake is required, along with the ability to write and modify SQL queries for segmentation and analysis. Excellent communication skills are necessary to craft compelling, on-brand emails and in-product messages that drive user action. A collaborative mindset is crucial for working cross-functionally with product teams to inform product decisions and prioritize lifecycle-driven improvements.
