Life Sciences Promotional Review Attorney (Remote)

Axiom is seeking a Life Sciences Promotional Review Attorney to join its remote team. This role involves providing legal counsel on promotional review committees, focusing on healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer-facing materials. The attorney will lead and participate in Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) reviews to ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, and other applicable regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and compliance, is essential to develop effective promotional strategies. Additionally, the attorney will assist in creating and delivering internal policies and training programs related to promotional activities.
