Legal Operations & Contracts Manager (Part-Time)
Found is seeking a part-time Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to support its mission of transforming personalized weight care through an evidence-based platform. This role is integral to scaling legal operations within a fast-paced, high-growth digital health environment, working closely with the CEO and various external counsels to manage legal functions effectively.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison with external legal firms, reviewing and approving legal invoices, and coordinating legal meetings. The role also involves drafting and negotiating various agreements such as consulting, separation, vendor, and partnership contracts, as well as managing contract templates and overseeing the DocuSign execution process. Additionally, the manager will coordinate board meetings, draft board resolutions, maintain corporate records, and administer stock plans in collaboration with Carta.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in legal operations, contracts management, or as a practicing attorney, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or regulated startups. Strong skills in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing external counsel relationships, and knowledge of corporate governance are essential. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including FDA, state pharmacy boards, and HIPAA, is strongly preferred. Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Carta, and DocuSign is also required.
