This role involves taking full ownership of pre-purchase lifecycle strategies, including the development and execution of campaigns aimed at lead nurturing, abandoned checkout recovery, reactivation, and product launch communications. The position offers a unique opportunity to build and optimize an AI-augmented content engine, enabling a lean team to increase efficiency and compliance in campaign execution.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive pre-purchase lifecycle programs, utilizing Braze for campaign execution, and establishing measurement frameworks to assess the impact of lifecycle marketing on customer acquisition costs and lifetime value. The role also involves leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation and segmentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches and brand positioning, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations through meticulous messaging guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing within consumer subscription, healthcare, or fintech sectors, demonstrating a history of ownership and strategic execution. Proficiency in Braze, including canvases, Liquid scripting, and segmentation, is essential. A strong background in experimentation, analytical skills, and familiarity with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization are highly desirable. Experience in regulated environments and the ability to navigate compliance requirements are also important.
