Found is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive consumer growth through strategic paid acquisition, creative development, and conversion optimization. This role reports directly to the VP of Strategy, BizOps & Growth and collaborates closely with internal teams and external agencies to enhance customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency and member growth.

The Growth Marketing Manager will oversee paid acquisition performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, partnering with agency teams to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities include developing and testing new creative strategies, managing the full customer funnel from initial contact to conversion and reactivation, and leading lifecycle marketing initiatives for pre-purchase nurturing and re-engaging former members. The role also involves creating and executing experimentation roadmaps across various channels and creative assets to improve core growth metrics like CAC, payback periods, and conversion rates.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles with direct responsibility for CAC, conversion, or revenue targets. A proven track record in improving CAC and conversion rates within high-growth consumer or healthcare companies is essential. Hands-on experience with major paid channels, including Meta, Google, and TikTok, is required, along with experience collaborating with agencies or external partners. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments are also important.

Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare or other regulated industries, expertise in creator or influencer marketing, and background in lifecycle or CRM marketing. Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing workflows is advantageous. Former founders or early-stage startup operators are encouraged to apply.

Found offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $135,000 to $167,000 per year.
