Legal Inquiries Analyst
Bluevine, the largest small business banking platform in the U.S., is seeking a Legal Inquiries Analyst to manage the end-to-end subpoena and discovery process. This role involves tracking, reviewing, and responding to civil and regulatory information requests, as well as supporting litigation and dispute resolution efforts. The position is based in Jersey City, NJ, and offers a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and bank partners to process legal notices such as bankruptcy notices, liens, levies, and garnishments. The analyst will also track and report on the volume and status of inquiries, conduct legal research as needed, and develop processes and policies to improve efficiencies related to legal inquiries. Additionally, the role involves supporting dispute and litigation responses and responding to ad-hoc data requests.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of prior paralegal experience or experience responding to legal inquiries, a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, and knowledge of U.S. banking and banking products. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple initiatives concurrently are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to communicate effectively with regulators, investigators, and external counsel.
The compensation for this role ranges from $70,600 to $84,700 USD annually.
