Legal Innovation Partner - EMEA
NetDocuments is seeking a Legal Innovation Partner for the EMEA region to lead AI adoption and transformation initiatives within strategic law firm and legal department clients. This senior, customer-facing role involves developing and executing strategies to drive AI integration, ensuring long-term client retention and expansion. The position offers an opportunity to shape the future of legal technology by collaborating closely with firm leadership and innovation teams.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing the Legal Innovation Partner team, managing a portfolio of strategic client relationships, and defining the firm's AI transformation engagement model. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to forecast and manage renewal pipelines, representing NetDocuments at industry events, and hiring and coaching top talent to build a credible and effective team.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, or enterprise customer success, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. A deep understanding of law firm operations, legal department workflows, and current AI adoption trends in the legal industry is essential. The candidate should be capable of engaging in peer-level conversations with firm leadership, including Managing Partners, CIOs, and Chief Innovation Officers.
