Legal Innovation Partner - APAC
NetDocuments is seeking a Legal Innovation Partner to join our team in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our AI-powered legal technology solutions among strategic law firm and legal department clients. As part of the Legal Innovation Partner team, you will collaborate closely with clients to facilitate AI transformation and ensure long-term retention.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading and developing client relationships, setting performance expectations, and fostering a culture of client-first excellence. You will personally manage a portfolio of strategic client relationships, driving renewal, expansion, and executive-level engagement with firm leadership, CIOs, and innovation partners. Additionally, you will define and continuously refine our AI transformation engagement model in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have over 12 years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, or enterprise customer success, with at least 4 years in a leadership position. A deep understanding of law firm operations, legal department workflows, and the current state of AI adoption in the legal industry is essential. You should be capable of engaging in peer-level conversations with firm Managing Partners, CIOs, or Chief Innovation Officers.
