Legal Counsel (Strategic Investments, M&A and Corporate Governance)

IMC is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal support for the company's strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance initiatives. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders across various IMC entities and departments, offering exposure to a broad range of legal matters within the Holding Legal Team. The position reports to a senior delegate of the Global General Counsel.
