Legal Counsel - CTBC

As a Legal Counsel at Continental's ContiTech division, you will provide legal support for business operations across the EMEA region. This role involves delivering independent legal advice, with a strong emphasis on commercial and contract law, and collaborating with ContiTech's global law department.

Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of contracts and documents pertinent to ContiTech's operations. You will also oversee relationships with external counsel, ensure compliance with legal developments, and advise on national and international legal matters.

The ideal candidate will have completed full law studies with above-average state examinations or a comparable qualification, preferably with international study experience. A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in law firms and/or in-house roles is required. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, along with strong teamwork and communication skills, is essential.
