Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel at Continental, you will be an integral part of the ContiTech law department, providing legal support for business operations across the EMEA region. Continental, founded in 1871, is a leading technology company specializing in sustainable and connected mobility solutions. The ContiTech group focuses on developing material-driven products and systems for various industries, including energy, agriculture, construction, and transportation.

In this role, you will independently advise on a wide range of legal matters, with a strong emphasis on commercial and contract law. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing various contracts and documents pertinent to ContiTech's operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with other members of the global law department and manage relationships with external legal counsel.

The ideal candidate will have completed full law studies with above-average state examinations or possess a comparable qualification, preferably with international study experience. A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in law firms and/or in-house roles is required. Candidates should demonstrate economic understanding, a business-oriented and global mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong results orientation. Proficiency in MS Office programs and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are essential.
