Legal Consultant - Technology
Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in technology law to collaborate with Fortune 500 clients in Hong Kong. This role involves working closely with legal and business teams to provide comprehensive support on a wide range of technology-related legal matters. The position offers flexibility, with opportunities for both remote and on-site engagements, depending on client preferences.
Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various technology agreements such as licensing, software development, services, consulting, IT outsourcing, and SaaS contracts. The consultant will also provide practical, business-oriented legal advice across multiple business lines and address legal issues related to the development, implementation, and use of technology products and services.
Candidates should be qualified legal practitioners with 2 to 10 years of post-qualification experience, specializing in technology law. Experience in areas such as e-commerce, cloud computing, FinTech, and other technology products and services is highly desirable. Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
