Legal Consultant - Technology

Axiom is seeking experienced Legal Consultants with a focus on technology law to join our dynamic team. As a Legal Consultant, you will collaborate closely with Fortune 500 clients, providing strategic legal support on a variety of technology-related matters. In this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of technology agreements, including inbound and outbound licensing, software development contracts, services and consulting agreements, IT and business process outsourcing agreements, and SaaS agreements. Additionally, you will advise on legal issues associated with the development, implementation, and use of technology products and services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in technology law, gained either within private practice or in-house settings. Exposure to data privacy regulations is advantageous but not essential. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
