Legal Consultant - Margin Financing

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Margin Financing to join our team in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for a qualified lawyer with 3–10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in margin loans and equity financing or derivatives. Familiarity with APLMA documentation and structured equity products is advantageous.

As a Legal Consultant, you will collaborate directly with business clients, providing guidance and practical solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating margin loan agreements using industry-standard documentation, such as APLMA, and structuring and advising on equity financing transactions.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a law degree and have 3–10 years of PQE in margin loans and equity financing or derivatives. Experience with APLMA documentation and structured equity products is beneficial.
