Legal Consultant - M&A

Axiom is seeking a qualified lawyer with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join their team in Hong Kong. The role involves providing legal support for M&A transactions, including reviewing and negotiating key documents, advising on corporate structuring and compliance, coordinating due diligence processes, and supporting post-transaction activities. Fluency in English is required, with Chinese language skills and experience in PRC-related cross-border M&A being advantageous.
