Legal Consultant - Financial Services

Axiom is seeking experienced legal professionals to join our team as Legal Consultants specializing in Financial Services. This role offers the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients in Singapore, providing expert legal advice and support within the financial sector.

As a Legal Consultant, you will advise on a broad spectrum of financial services regulations, support licensing and regulatory engagements, handle regulatory queries, and provide legal advice on Singapore financial regulations, including MAS guidelines and the Securities and Futures Act. Additionally, you will draft and review legal documentation, such as policies, contracts, and disclosures, and collaborate with internal teams to embed regulatory requirements into business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 10 years of post-qualification experience with a focus on financial services, gained from financial institutions, law firms, or payment platforms. Strong commercial understanding, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders are essential. In-house legal experience is preferred but not essential.
