This role involves providing legal oversight of ISDA Master Agreements and other derivatives documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory margin requirements, and effectively communicating in Mandarin to review and interpret master documentation. The consultant will coordinate with internal stakeholders across legal, risk, and business functions to deliver comprehensive legal support.
