Legal Consultant - Cryptocurrency/Payment/ Financial Regulatory & Licensing

Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant with expertise in cryptocurrency, virtual assets, payments, and financial services regulatory and licensing to support a global fintech client in Hong Kong. This role involves providing legal guidance on licensing applications for payment and crypto businesses, advising on payment and crypto products, collaborating with internal stakeholders on new product launches and regulatory strategies, and navigating regional regulatory frameworks and licensing processes.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in cryptocurrency-related business and payment regulatory or financial services regulatory and licensing. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Chinese is advantageous but not mandatory. Knowledge of cryptocurrency is not a prerequisite.
