Legal Consultant - Corporate M&A / Banking/ Technology

Axiom is seeking junior lawyers with experience in Corporate M&A, banking, and technology to join their team in Hong Kong. The role involves providing long-term support to global clients, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.

Key responsibilities include delivering legal advice across various business sectors, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, supporting product development and marketing initiatives, and liaising with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.

Candidates should possess a legal qualification with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, corporate transactions, banking, or technology practice. Strong drafting skills are essential, and fluency in both English and Cantonese is required.
