Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts (Mandarin Speaker)
Axiom is seeking a Legal Consultant specializing in Commercial Contracts with Mandarin language proficiency to support global clients, including Fortune 500 companies. This role is based in Singapore and offers the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on client preferences.
In this position, you will collaborate remotely with clients to provide comprehensive legal support. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a diverse array of agreements, such as those related to creative services, advertising, digital marketing, procurement, technology, and partnerships. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and advise on various commercial marketplace contracts, including Terms and Conditions of Sale, distribution agreements, and related policies.
The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with a minimum of four years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating substantial expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts. Experience working with clients in China is advantageous. Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to write and draft in both languages, is essential.
