Legal Consultant - Cloud / SaaS

Axiom is seeking a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to serve as a Legal Consultant specializing in Cloud and SaaS agreements. This role involves providing long-term support to a Fortune 200 client, offering flexibility in work arrangements, including both remote and on-site options.

The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex cloud and SaaS agreements, offering core support during enterprise negotiations, and delivering practical legal advice to sales, product, engineering, and security teams on go-to-market strategies and cloud security matters.

Ideal candidates should possess strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to handle complex, time-sensitive deals while balancing legal risks with business needs. Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and data protection standards is advantageous but not essential.
