Axiom is seeking a Financial Services Lawyer to provide legal support within top-tier financial institutions in Singapore. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing professionals to engage with leading financial entities from various locations.

The primary responsibilities include offering commercial legal and advisory support on a diverse range of financial products. This involves reviewing, vetting, and drafting various legal documents such as treasury documents, loan agreements, product terms and conditions, and security documents, ensuring compliance with both local and international standards. Additionally, the role requires effective liaison, coordination, and collaboration with both front and back office functions, internal control groups, and external counsel.

Candidates should possess over three years of relevant experience in private practice or the in-house banking sector. A strong sense of urgency, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions. A positive attitude and a willingness to address evolving business needs are also important. Applicants must be qualified in Singapore or a common law jurisdiction.
