Learning Experience Designer
IMC is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join its global Learning & Development team. This role focuses on creating innovative learning solutions that enhance performance and leadership capabilities, supporting IMC's expanding global workforce. The position involves managing comprehensive learning design projects, collaborating with business leaders, and partnering with subject matter experts to develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences across various regions.
Key responsibilities include designing and adapting learning programs for diverse audiences, applying best practices in adult learning and personalization strategies. The role involves conducting needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommending AI-driven learning analytics solutions. Additionally, the designer will develop a range of learning assets, such as eLearning modules, practice labs, immersive workshops, and facilitator guides, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity. Managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for multiple concurrent projects is also essential.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in learning or instructional design, with a proven ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to inform solution design. A Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Human Performance Improvement, Learning Technology, or a related field is required, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Advanced proficiency with digital authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise), AI video creation tools (e.g., Synthesia), and learning management systems (e.g., Docebo) is necessary. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills are essential, along with a demonstrated curiosity and initiative in exploring emerging learning technologies and design trends.
