Lead UX Designer

IMC is seeking a Lead UX Designer to play a pivotal role in redefining the user experience of our trading tools, which are integral to the daily operations of our traders and researchers. This position offers the opportunity to influence the evolution of our trading platform by designing intuitive and efficient interfaces that enhance real-time market analysis and decision-making.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers to develop interfaces that are fast, intuitive, and well-crafted. Your responsibilities will include translating complex requirements into coherent designs, leading the development of shared design systems, and advocating for user-centered design throughout the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing systems that are central to a user's daily work, a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and visual craft, and the ability to collaborate deeply with engineers. Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and communicating design intent is essential, along with a pragmatic mindset that values simplicity, consistency, and quality.
