Key responsibilities include developing software solutions by analyzing information needs, discussing requirements with managers, studying system flows, and identifying problem areas to devise effective solutions. The role involves designing and implementing robust backend systems and C#, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Additionally, the Lead Software Engineer will mentor junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Candidates should possess a graduate or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with over eight years of experience in product development. Essential skills include a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming and C#. Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and proficiency in asynchronous programming and WebAPI development are also required.
