Lead Signal Processing Researcher

The Lead Signal Processing Researcher at STR will spearhead the development of advanced signal processing, optimization, and machine learning algorithms tailored for electronic warfare and sensor applications. This role is situated within STR's Sensors Division, which is dedicated to creating cutting-edge sensor systems and platforms that address national security challenges. The division's focus areas encompass airborne, spaceborne, and surface-based radar, electronic warfare, underwater acoustics, hyperspectral imaging, and EO/IR sensing. The Algorithms, Processing, and Experimentation (APEX) Group within the division specializes in RF/radar modes, advanced signal processing chains, and algorithm research, aiming to integrate these technologies into RF-based systems for defense and intelligence community needs.
