Lead RF Systems Integration Engineer

The Lead RF Systems Integration Engineer at STR's Sensors Division will spearhead the integration of new operational modes onto externally developed radar systems. This role involves deep collaboration with external radar developers to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Key responsibilities include leading RF testing and characterization efforts across various environments, developing a comprehensive understanding of third-party radar systems, and defining integration strategies. The engineer will also design and validate integration approaches, collaborate with external developers to resolve integration challenges, and serve as the technical lead for RF systems integration issues.

Candidates should possess an active security clearance, with eligibility for special access programs, and hold a PhD, MS, or BS in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Experience in designing, integrating, and testing RF sensor or communication systems, along with strong programming skills in Matlab, Python, Simulink, or C/C++, is essential.

The position offers a full-time salary range of $160,000 to $220,000, with compensation determined by factors such as experience, education, training, and security clearances.
