Lead Program/Capture Manager

STR's Systems Development Division (SDD) is seeking a Lead Program/Capture Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of advanced RF Emitter and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems for the Department of War (DoW). This role involves leading the capture lifecycle and proposal development, ensuring adherence to internal gated reviews while crafting compelling technical and programmatic narratives to win new business. The position requires an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and retain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, for which U.S. citizenship is required.
