NetDocuments is seeking an execution-focused Lead Product Manager to drive the build and delivery of our next-generation web experience platform for legal professionals. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this leader will own end-to-end product execution while collaborating with two product managers to implement scalable product strategies and workflows that can be deployed organization-wide. The ideal candidate will excel at translating vision into measurable outcomes, leading by example with empowered team principles, and operating with the freedom and responsibility that defines how we work. If you thrive in an empowered environment where context trumps control and outcomes matter more than outputs, we'd love to talk to you.

In this role, you will execute the full product delivery lifecycle for our web experience platform, ensuring reliable releases that drive measurable user engagement and business impact. You will lead continuous discovery through regular customer interviews and rapid experimentation, maintaining a deep connection with legal professionals' evolving needs. Collaborating with two product managers, you will implement product strategies and workflows with potential for organization-wide deployment, leading by example with empowered team principles that drive consistent business outcomes. Operating as part of empowered product teams with engineering and design, you will focus on solving customer problems rather than building prescribed features. Additionally, you will navigate complex technical dependencies across multiple teams and Microsoft Office integrations while maintaining velocity and product excellence.

To be successful in this role, you should have 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record executing complex, multi-quarter platform initiatives that required coordination across multiple teams. Strong technical fluency and experience with enterprise content management systems, document workflows, or professional services software are essential. Hands-on experience with LLM-based product development and related technologies such as semantic indexing, RAG systems, and AI-powered document intelligence applications is required. A deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise integration patterns, with familiarity in AI/ML applications for content management, is also necessary. Comfort operating in high-autonomy environments where you receive context and strategic direction but determine execution approach independently is important. Experience with modern product development practices including agile methodologies, feature flags, A/B testing, and instrumentation for data-driven decisions is expected. Legal technology, regulatory compliance, or highly regulated industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.

NetDocuments offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 90% healthcare premiums company covered, HSA company contribution, 401K match at 4% with immediate vesting, flexible PTO (typically 3 to 4 weeks a year), 10 paid holidays, monthly contributions for life activities & wellness, and access to LinkedIn learning with monthly dedicated time to explore. The compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
