The Lead Product Manager (Engagement) at Point Digital Finance, Inc. will oversee the homeowner experience from application submission through funding. This role is pivotal in enhancing conversion rates by reducing friction, improving engagement, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. The position involves close collaboration with the Marketing team to shape homeowner communications throughout their interaction with Point.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing the product roadmap for the post-submission funnel, focusing on minimizing abandonment, cancellations, and preventable rejections. The role requires identifying and prioritizing conversion gaps using cohort-based funnel analysis, rejection/cancellation segmentation, and qualitative customer feedback. Additionally, the Lead Product Manager will design and implement data-informed interventions, such as self-service tools and proactive outreach strategies, to address key drop-off points and reduce time-to-fund by eliminating bottlenecks.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of product management or related experience, with a minimum of 2 years in fintech, mortgage/lending, or a funnel-intensive consumer product. A proven track record of improving conversion in complex, multi-stage funnels is essential. Experience in shaping customer-facing communications, strong analytical skills including proficiency in cohort analysis, A/B testing, and SQL, and deep empathy for customers are also required. The ability to ship quickly and iterate in a growth-stage environment, along with excellent communication skills, is crucial.

Compensation for this role ranges from $181,450 to $234,150 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographic location. Point offers comprehensive health benefits, unlimited paid time off, flexible remote and onsite work options, fully paid parental leave, meaningful equity, 401K retirement plans, and additional work/life benefits such as monthly stipends for internet, mobile plans, wellness perks, and a one-time home office reimbursement.
