Lead GTM Systems Administrator
Engine is seeking a Lead GTM Systems Administrator to oversee and enhance the Supply systems domain, focusing on optimizing the organization's efficiency and intelligence. This role is integral to Engine's mission of transforming business travel into a personalized and seamless experience. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the Supply GTM stack, including call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment platforms. Your duties will encompass user setup, permissions, sequences, automations, and troubleshooting, all while maintaining the Salesforce and iPaaS foundation. You will design and implement solutions using declarative tools, write lightweight Apex code, and build Lightning Web Components for custom interfaces. Ensuring data integrity across the stack and collaborating with sales leadership and RevOps to develop scalable processes will be key aspects of your role.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, particularly supporting sales, business development, outbound, or RevOps functions. A Salesforce Administrator certification is required, with Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer certifications strongly preferred. Proficiency in declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, and permission sets is essential, along with the ability to write lightweight Apex code and build Lightning Web Components. Experience with AI-driven development workflows and administering core sales tools like call recording, sequencing, and data enrichment platforms is highly desirable.
Engine offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $108,885 to $150,700 USD, with potential for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
