Lead Data Analyst, Growth
Headout is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for its Growth team in Bengaluru, India. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with growth leadership to influence strategic decisions and drive the company's expansion across over 100 cities. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in shaping Headout's growth trajectory through data-driven insights and innovative analytics solutions.
In this role, you will develop and maintain forecasting models to anticipate market trends and inform decision-making. You will create and optimize dynamic pricing models to maximize revenue and market share, and monitor inventory health metrics to ensure optimal supply and demand balance. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence within the team.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in data analytics, particularly within growth, marketing, or product analytics in a consumer internet or B2C environment. Proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and automation is essential. A deep understanding of growth mechanics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), retention curves, funnel conversion, and channel efficiency, is crucial. Experience with big data technologies and data visualization tools is advantageous.
