In this role, the engineer will design and implement state-of-the-art signal processing and machine learning techniques to address complex radar and RF sensing challenges. Responsibilities include developing models and simulations for advanced RF systems, leading small teams and projects, supporting business development and proposal writing efforts, and collaborating with diverse teams to deploy innovative capabilities to prototype systems.
Candidates should possess a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline, with 5-7+ years of relevant work experience depending on the degree. Experience in areas such as RF/radar signal processing, optimization, waveform design, electronic warfare, machine learning, adaptive signal processing, AI/ML algorithm development, test & evaluation, model & simulation, or systems engineering is required. Proficiency in scientific or mathematical programming languages, such as MATLAB, Python, and C/C++, is essential. The ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance is necessary.
The full-time salary range for this position is $157,000 - $220,000, based on external market data and factors such as experience, education, training, key skills, security clearances, and prevailing market and business conditions.
