Junior Designer

Wildlife Studios is seeking a hands-on and creative Junior Designer to join our Brand & Communications team in São Paulo, Brazil. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office and focuses on shaping the company's internal and external communications through compelling visual assets.

As a Junior Designer, you will maintain and apply Wildlife's visual identity across various channels and materials. Your responsibilities include designing presentations, internal communication materials, and visual assets that support company initiatives, announcements, and programs. Additionally, you will create content for corporate social media channels and employer branding initiatives, such as social media posts and short-form videos.

The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is required, with experience in After Effects or Premiere for basic video editing considered a plus. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment, and advanced English proficiency are essential.
