Operations Automation Intern
Wildlife Studios is seeking a dynamic Operations Automation Intern to join our team in São Paulo. As a leading mobile game developer and publisher, we have released over 60 titles, reaching billions of players worldwide. Our Operations team, encompassing Finance, Legal, and People functions, is dedicated to building systems and processes that drive our company's growth. This role offers the opportunity to transform our operations through AI and automation, working closely with Directors and C-Level executives to eliminate inefficiencies at a structural level.
In this position, you will collaborate with technical leadership from problem diagnosis to solution delivery, ensuring impactful results. Your responsibilities will include mapping and analyzing workflows to identify areas for automation, redesign, or elimination. You will build AI-powered automations using large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and integration tools like LangGraph to streamline repetitive processes at scale. Additionally, you will work with senior leadership to redefine our operations, pushing the boundaries of what our Operations team can achieve with AI as a core capability.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with an expected graduation in 2027. Advanced English proficiency is required, along with availability to work in our São Paulo office (Itaim Bibi) three times per week. You should have experience using AI tools as a standard part of your workflow, demonstrating a proactive approach to leveraging technology. A track record of building automations, bots, scripts, prototypes, or side projects that showcase your ability to deliver tangible results is essential. Curiosity about business operations and how technology can enhance them, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, are key attributes for success in this role.
