Senior IT Operations Analyst

Wildlife Studios is seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Engineer to oversee and optimize our core IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our network infrastructure, Hyper-V virtualization clusters, and AWS cloud environment are stable and secure. You aren't just maintaining systems; you are architecting the reliability of our entire business.

Key responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls; managing the full lifecycle of Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi solutions; and maintaining robust LAN/WAN connectivity, including SD-WAN and VPN tunnels. Additionally, you will design, deploy, and manage high-availability server environments using Microsoft Hyper-V and AWS, provide expert-level support for Windows Server and Ubuntu Linux, and manage critical network services such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in IT Operations or System Administration, with at least two years in a senior-level capacity. A diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology-related disciplines, or equivalent experience, is required. Proficiency in Cisco Networking, Microsoft Hyper-V, AWS, Windows Server, and Linux is essential. Certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCNA or AWS Solutions Architect are considered a plus, as is the ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and partners who don’t speak Portuguese.
