Sr. Financial Systems Analyst

McGuireWoods LLP is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is integral to our Information Technology department, focusing on the administration and support of the firm's accounting and finance applications. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Elite 3E billing system, including scheduling maintenance, coordinating upgrades, and resolving escalated incidents. Additionally, the role involves supporting systems integrated with 3E, such as Chrome River, ARCS, IntApp Risk, IntApp Time, and custom budgeting software. The analyst will also develop custom data extractions for analysis, document financial application processes, and collaborate with accounting and IT management to prioritize and address system objectives.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience in a legal or corporate IT role, with a focus on financial systems support and customization. A minimum of three years administering or supporting Elite 3E or a comparable accounting system is required. Deep hands-on experience with Elite 3E in a production environment, including upgrades and issue resolution, is strongly preferred. A strong understanding of law firm accounting workflows and experience planning and executing system upgrades are also essential.
