Litigation Paralegal

Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 60 firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Atlanta office. This role involves supporting attorneys in managing complex commercial and business litigation cases, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative legal team.

The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring court deadlines, managing case calendars, electronically filing documents through ECF and state court systems, conducting online PACER research, and drafting pleadings, notices, and motions. Experience in drafting medical chronologies is preferred.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of litigation experience in a law firm, with comprehensive knowledge of the litigation process. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and eDiscovery databases, and the ability to work independently are essential. A 2- or 4-year degree and a paralegal certificate are preferred, though relevant work experience may be considered. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is required.
