Litigation Associate

Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing team in the Plano, Texas office. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic and expanding practice that serves a diverse clientele across various industries.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of litigation, including drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery processes, handling hearings, and preparing cases for trial. The role requires proactive case management and the ability to take ownership of matters in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have at least three years of meaningful litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm setting or equivalent trial experience. Experience in personal injury, products liability, or insurance defense litigation is advantageous but not mandatory. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing are essential.
