Corporate Partner

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Corporate Partner to join its Corporate & Private Equity team. This position offers flexibility across the firm's thirty-four office locations. Candidates must be members in good standing with the state bar where they practice.

The Corporate Partner will provide strategic advice to companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds on various aspects related to their growth and structures. Responsibilities include handling mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate governance matters.

Candidates should have ten to fifteen years of meaningful corporate and transactional experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate governance. Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential. A solid foundation in business development and some portable business are also required.
