Commercial Litigation Associate

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in its Tallahassee office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this position offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to become part of a dynamic team in a growing location.

Located steps away from the capitol building, the Supreme Court of Florida, and many state administrative departments and agencies, the Tallahassee office provides clients with full-service legal counsel on a statewide basis. The role involves engaging in various aspects of commercial litigation, product liability, franchise, insurance coverage, and class action defense.

Candidates should have 3 to 4 years of meaningful experience in commercial litigation, product liability, franchise, insurance coverage, or class action defense. Prior experience drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions, as well as managing document reviews, is essential. Strong written and oral advocacy skills are required, and admission to the Florida Bar is preferred.
