IX Enterprise Revenue Architect - Healthcare
The IX Enterprise Revenue Architect at Gong is a strategic partner to our largest customers, focusing on driving revenue transformation through Gong’s AI Operating System. This role involves guiding executive stakeholders and operational teams to architect workflows, accelerate adoption, and realize business results across the entire revenue lifecycle. As part of the Industry Expansion (IX) team, this position specifically targets customers in the Healthcare industry, contributing to building the IX outcomes realization journey and leveraging automation, AI, content, and self-service strategies to improve customer health, reduce churn, and increase Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
Key responsibilities include partnering with senior go-to-market leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations through Gong’s AIOS. The role requires mapping current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes. Additionally, the Revenue Architect will execute adoption initiatives that drive behavior change and embed Gong into daily team rhythms, use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes demonstrating Gong’s ROI, and own the renewal strategy and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams on growth.
The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders, particularly within the Healthcare industry. A proven track record of owning relationships with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-suite levels, and leading value and ROI conversations is essential. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, a data-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes, and a passion for driving customer outcomes. Self-starters who excel in high-paced environments, thrive in change and ambiguity, and possess a growth mindset will succeed in this position.
