IT & Technology Intern - Clifford Chance, Brussels

Clifford Chance, a leading international law firm with over 30 offices worldwide, is offering an IT & Technology Internship in their Brussels office. This role provides an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, ICT, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.

As an intern, you will engage in daily IT support activities, including participating in the Service Desk, handling second-line tickets, and assisting users with technical issues. Your responsibilities will also encompass supporting walk-ins, addressing meeting room technical problems, preparing laptops and mobile devices, and observing the management of escalations during floor walks. Additionally, you will attend Tech Hub sessions to learn from senior analysts and document key insights during daily IT stand-ups.

Ideal candidates should be enrolled in a bachelor's program related to IT or ICT, possess a good command of English, and demonstrate eagerness to learn, proactivity, and strong communication skills. An affinity for technology and user support is essential. Priority will be given to internships that are part of your academic curriculum, with an ideal duration of at least six months.
