Internship (m/w/d), Client Service, German Speaker, 2026
AlphaSights is seeking a Client Service Intern fluent in German for a six-month internship starting in July or September 2026 at their Hamburg office. This role offers the opportunity to work on live client projects, providing immediate personal impact within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
As a Client Service Intern, you will act as the link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include recruiting experts by engaging in phone conversations to match them with client projects under tight deadlines, understanding project and market contexts along with relevant legal and regulatory environments, and taking ownership of project aspects from initiating client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration.
Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or taking a gap year, with availability for a six-month internship starting in July or September 2026. Internship or working student experience, along with extracurricular achievements, is highly valued. A self-starter mindset with enthusiasm, drive for success, strong initiative, and excellent communication skills is essential. Fluent written and verbal English and German skills at C1 level or above are required; experience living or working abroad is desired.
The internship offers a pro-rated annual base salary of €30,000, plus commission based on performance. The office operates Monday to Thursday on-site, with the option for home office on Fridays.
