International Trade Compliance Leader - APAC
Anduril Industries is seeking an International Trade Compliance Leader for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is integral to ensuring the company's adherence to international trade regulations as it expands its global operations. The International Trade Compliance Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive trade compliance programs tailored to the APAC region. Key duties include obtaining and managing export authorizations, ensuring compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and providing guidance and training to staff on these regulations. Additionally, the role involves monitoring changes in export control laws and liaising with government agencies to maintain compliance.
Candidates must possess a minimum of six years of experience in export control compliance, preferably within the defense sector or U.S. government. A strong understanding of U.S. export control regulations and compliance requirements is essential. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently, and a willingness to travel at least 15% of the time. Experience with export compliance software and databases is also preferred.
