International Merchandiser
As the International Merchandiser at ALO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product assortments across global markets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our offerings align with both regional customer preferences and the brand's overarching design vision. This position is based in Beverly Hills, California, and reports directly to the Director of Merchandising.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing international merchandising assortments and pricing strategies tailored to meet specific market needs and sales targets. You will curate channel-specific assortments for each international market, encompassing both store and digital platforms, in alignment with our global retail approach. Additionally, you will partner with Global Merchandising, Design, Buying, and Planning teams to strategize seasonal investments and provide guidance on style-level investment strategies.
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, with a focus on international markets and partnerships. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting market data and trends, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners. Proficiency in merchandising software and tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator, is required, with experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems considered a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000 per year, reflecting the current compensation for this exempt role. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
