International Associate Buyer - APAC

As the International Associate Buyer for the APAC region at Alo Yoga, you will collaborate closely with the Senior International Buyer and cross-functional teams to drive the rapid growth of our international business. This role is pivotal in understanding and addressing the unique needs of each country and division within the APAC market, ensuring that our product offerings align with local preferences and market trends.

Key responsibilities include preparing comprehensive reports on a weekly, quarterly, and ad-hoc basis for the international division, managing inventory tracking and monitoring stock levels per store, and assisting in developing seasonal pricing strategies tailored to each country and currency. You will also work alongside the Senior Buyer and Planning team to execute purchase plans, maintain seasonal assortments in Anaplan, and advocate for international needs based on trend analysis and sales data.

The ideal candidate will possess a BA or BS degree, with 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or planning. Knowledge of the European and Asian markets is advantageous. Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with excellent prioritization and project management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, is required.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Additional benefits may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
