Integrated Marketing Manager - UK
Mozilla is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead its marketing strategy in the UK. This role involves bridging global strategy with local execution, leveraging deep UK market insights within a globally coordinated marketing organization. The position focuses on re-establishing Firefox as a relevant and differentiated brand, driving user and market share growth, and leading major campaigns and activations in the UK.
Key responsibilities include developing integrated marketing strategies aligned with audience insights, brand priorities, product initiatives, and cultural moments. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, media, communications, creative, PR, and agency partners to develop impactful campaign platforms and programs. They will also be responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns across product launches, partnerships, brand moments, and always-on activities, ensuring all creative output aligns with brand standards and regional market nuances.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand marketing, or strategy. They should possess a strong portfolio of product launches and growth initiatives across tech, sports, and music, with expertise in creating integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies that drive brand and commercial impact. A solid understanding of coordinated channel mix approaches, strong grasp of quantitative test designs, outstanding organization and project management skills, and excellent collaboration abilities are essential.
