📝 Job Summary We are looking for an Intake Specialist to be the ⭐ first point of contact for prospective clients. This role requires strong customer service skills, empathy 🤝, and attention to detail 🔍 to properly evaluate new inquiries and support the intake process.
📞 Key Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, text, chat, and email
• Conduct intake calls and collect accurate case information
• Evaluate inquiries and determine case eligibility
• Schedule consultations and follow-ups
• Enter and maintain client data in the case management system
• Provide intake and administrative support to attorneys
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
➕ Preferred (Not Required)
• Law firm or personal injury experience
• Call center, intake, or customer service background
• Familiarity with CRM or case management systems
