Position Overview:
• Serve as the operational backbone of the company's front-of-house, ensuring every tenant commitment is tracked, executed, and followed through to completion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented role requiring authentic hospitality instincts and process discipline to manage multiple tasks precisely.
• Collaborate closely with the Concierge Manager, supporting tenant-facing operations including managing requests, communications, vendor services, and programming activations.

Core Responsibilities:
• Tenant Service Coordination: Support the Concierge Manager and front-of-house team by executing tenant requests and service arrangements. Track all open service items diligently until resolved, confirmed, and documented.
• Tenant Communication: Communicate with tenants warmly, precisely, and discreetly in writing and in person, reflecting the building's standard.
• Records & Preference Management: Maintain accurate records of tenant preferences, pending requests, and service history. Ensure the team has necessary information to deliver personalized service.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with third-party providers and vendors to fulfill tenant requests and event needs. Manage scheduling, confirm details, communicate changes professionally, and maintain organized vendor records.
• Front-of-House Operational Support: Provide operational support during peak times, manage deliveries, visitor registration, tenant notifications, and maintain front-of-house presentation and brand standards.
• Scheduling & Task Coordination: Support task and scheduling management for the concierge team, ensuring high-volume environments run smoothly.
• Programming & Events Support: Assist with logistics of tenant programming, wellness activations, and private events. Manage RSVP tracking, vendor coordination, event setup, and provide on-site support.
